Data Analyst

About the role

eSewa is Nepal's leading digital wallet. We're looking for a Data Analyst to turn transaction, merchant, and marketing data into decisions that shape the country's most-used payment platform.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain dashboards for product, marketing, and operations teams.
• Analyze transaction funnels to identify drop-off and growth opportunities.
• Run A/B tests and report on campaign and feature performance.
• Partner with engineering to keep event data accurate and well-modeled.

What we’re looking for

• 1+ years in analytics with SQL at an advanced level.
• Experience with a BI tool (Metabase, Power BI, or Looker).
• Basic Python or R for analysis and light modeling.
• Strong communication; able to turn numbers into a clear story.
