Product Designer

About the role

Leapfrog Technology partners with global startups to ship digital products. As a Product Designer you'll own end-to-end design for client products, from discovery and wireframes to polished, developer-ready UI.

What you’ll do

• Run discovery workshops and turn research into clear product flows.
• Design high-fidelity interfaces and maintain component libraries.
• Prototype interactions and hand off specs engineers can build from.
• Present work to clients and iterate based on feedback and data.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years designing digital products with a strong portfolio.
• Expert in Figma, including auto-layout and design systems.
• Working knowledge of usability heuristics and accessibility.
• Comfortable leading client calls across time zones.
