About the role

Ncell, one of Nepal's leading telecom operators, is hiring an HR Executive to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement across a fast-paced organization.

What you’ll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support performance review and engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.

What we’re looking for

• Degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• 1+ years in an HR or recruitment role.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and office software.
