About the role

Merojob is Nepal's leading job portal. We're hiring a part-time Operations Coordinator to keep our employer accounts, job postings, and support queues running smoothly.

What you’ll do

• Review and moderate employer job postings for quality.
• Respond to employer and candidate support tickets.
• Maintain account records and resolve billing queries.
• Support the sales team with onboarding new clients.

What we’re looking for

• Detail-oriented with strong written English and Nepali.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and CRM tools.
• Good judgment and a customer-first attitude.
• Available at least 20 hours per week.
