Branch Manager

About the role

Himalayan Bank is seeking a Branch Manager for its Pokhara branch to lead day-to-day operations, grow the deposit base, and develop the branch team.

What you’ll do

• Own branch P&L, deposit growth, and lending targets.
• Lead, coach, and schedule the branch team.
• Ensure compliance with NRB directives and internal controls.
• Build relationships with local businesses and customers.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years in banking with branch operations experience.
• Strong sales and customer relationship skills.
• Working knowledge of core banking systems.
• Local market knowledge of Pokhara is a strong plus.
