About the role

Nabil Bank, Nepal's pioneering commercial bank, is looking for a Financial Analyst to support planning, budgeting, and management reporting across the bank's business lines.

What you’ll do

• Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis.
• Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Analyze product profitability and cost trends.
• Assist in regulatory reporting and data submissions.

What we’re looking for

• Degree in finance, accounting, or economics; CA/ACCA a plus.
• Advanced Excel and comfort with large datasets.
• Understanding of Nepali banking regulations (NRB).
• Detail-oriented with strong written communication.
