Business Analyst

About the role

Standard Chartered's Kathmandu operations support corporate and institutional clients. We're hiring a Business Analyst to translate requirements into process and system changes across the bank.

What you’ll do

• Gather requirements from business and operations teams.
• Document processes, gaps, and proposed solutions.
• Support testing and rollout of system changes.
• Track benefits and report progress to sponsors.

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years in business analysis, ideally in banking.
• Strong process mapping and documentation skills.
• Advanced Excel; SQL a plus.
• Clear written and spoken English.
